About Me

I’m an Audio Producer & Sound Designer based in Brisbane, Australia. I specialise in sound design for animation and games, and studio recording sessions across a range of genres.

In the studio, I’m versatile across all roles, using both analogue and digital workflows. I take pride in my high attention to detail, session management (collaborators rejoice!) and technical knowledge to get the most out of the gear and best performance from the artist. What really makes me tick in this environment is curating a space of creativity and collaboration where the principle of ‘serving the song’ sits first and foremost. Capturing those sparks and lightbulb moments as they happen in real time is a feeling I will never grow tired of.

When it comes to sound design, I love the creativity and considered approach in telling a story through sound. I particularly enjoy this in an animation or video game contexts as there is such a wide range of visual aesthetics in these genres, each requiring a unique, complimentary audio flair. I also think there is a sophistication to making a sound simple, yet exaggerated, impactful and satisfying in those platforms. I create these sounds using multiple layers incorporating synthesis, manipulating sound library samples, and recording Foley.

As I wrap up my Bachelor Degree in Audio Production (September 2026), I have spent the last few years cutting my teeth in a variety of audio environments - saying yes to a diverse range of opportunities within the industry. This has seen me in live sound environments such as the Qld Music Awards (2026), putting on a grunge/rock show on the back of a truck after the footy, recording and editing a 10 episode podcast series (about to be published), recording and mixing singles, EPs and albums for up and coming and established Brisbane bands, plus working with community groups such as Eating Disorders Qld to record and mix a song written by them, for them.

I play guitar and have my own ongoing projects in neo-psych rock and grunge inspired rock. Like every other producer in 2026, I also make beats and lo-fi music in Ableton, plus make mash-ups and remixes of unlikely pairings of pop and rock songs (YouTube channel coming soon!).
